Market Update.

Despite difficult economic conditions the Care Market has seen renewed activity in the last few months.

AMS have continued to see client expectations exceeded regarding the price obtained for their business.

Since April you may be pleased to know that the market has shown a positive upturn, in fact here at AMS we have recently put three new instructions to Heads of Terms and have completed two deals this month alone with a further deal on schedule for completion at the end of July.

Also Purchasers continue to comment that they pay much less for a business if it is sold directly to them or AMS are not involved.
