First of all I must apologise for the inexcusable delay in writing to you for the superb service you and Nicky provided in the recent sale of our domiciliary care company.

From my first meeting with you, I was very impressed to only with your immeasurable knowledge of the care industry but also with the professional and systematic way you marketed and negotiated the sale.

I am also grateful for your efficient and effective involvement as the process continued and for excellent negotiating skills which I know you used for our benefit and which allowed us to get the best possible price for our shares. 

Although this was a new experience for us, your expertise and supreme communication and presentation skills gave us great confidence that we had left this very important process safely in the hands of professionals who would and did provide the best possible outcome for us.

I am particularly grateful for the constant support you and Nicky gave to me personally both throughout the process and especially during the completion day which I found very difficult but which, once again, you helped to make bearable by your kind actions and thoughtful contributions to the last minute discussions.
