I have been meaning to write this letter for a while now but seemed to have been caught up with one thing after another and before the delay. Who said that ‘retirement’ was going to give me lots of free time?

 Anyway, I am writing this as an expression of our heartfelt thanks for all the support and expertise that both you and Adrian have provided for Patrick and I throughout the process. As you are aware, we met with another prospective company before we decided to engage AMS. We certainly made the right choice as it was very evident especially during the last stage leading to us signing the contracts, when the both of you demonstrated very clearly your professionalism, tenacity and efficiency in dealing with highly stressful situations.

In addition, it is both your credit that the sale price had been achieved at the level we are completely satisfied with.
